A huge thank you to you too – it’s really lovely to see club members giving up their time so that people can see some great cars and reminisce a bit about the old days. And we hope you’ll use these pages to publicise your events for many years to come.
For organisers of all types of car meets, exhibitions, cruising events, Cars & Coffee, club meetings, social gatherings, annual general meetings and similar events, posting your event on our calendar is completely free of charge. All we ask is that you fill in the registration form and submit it electronically, and we’ll publish it.
We believe that the design of our events calendar and the presentation of the various events are both well-organised and appealing, making use of photos and the organisers’ posters. A clear and straightforward layout showing start and end times, the date, the address for GPS navigation and a link to Google Maps if you view the events calendar on your mobile. Nor do we crop the images or posters, as is often the case on other platforms such as Facebook, and some event listings do not use images at all. We believe that images and posters are important for drawing attention to your event in a competitive marketplace with many organisers offering different events on the same day.
