Wheels & Coffee Halloween Special! – Keswick

For just one night, nestled in a dark woodlands just minutes away from Keswick, things are about to get spooky. Witches, ghosts, and ghouls will be roaming the grounds – so we strongly advise you not to forget your flashlight!

Whether you have a classic or modified car, a motorbike or 4×4 or perhaps something rare & unique, we invite you to park up, look around, and join our growing community.

Dress to Scare & Deck Out Your Ride!
We want to see your spooky creativity in full effect. Get your ‘wheels’ looking as terrifying as possible, and don’t forget to dress up yourselves! We’ve got some incredible trophies up for grabs in our Halloween competitions:

Best Halloween Boot Display
Best Costume (Adults)
Best Costume (Kids)

Halloween Giveaway!
Early ghosts get the treats (no tricks here!). The first 50 vehicles to arrive at the meet will receive a Halloween scratch card. Will you be one of the 6 lucky people going home with an extra prize?

Fuel for the Ghouls
All that walking among the shadows is hungry work. Joining us for the evening is the brilliant Cloud Nine Kitchen, a local food van serving up delicious, piping-hot homemade burgers, burritos, mac & cheese, and much more to satisfy your cravings. A menu will be posted soon.

(Plus, on-site toilet facilities will be open for your convenience).

Why not take a spin on our Halloween Tombola, 3 spins for £1. All donations and proceeds will be donated to Keswick Mountain Rescue.

New to the community? Show your support by grabbing some official merch! T-shirts, hats, stickers (available in a variety of colours!), lanyards, key tags, and more will all be on sale during the event.

Important Info for Attendees
To ensure everyone has a safe and fang-tastic evening, please keep the following in mind:

Family & Pet Friendly: All our meets are 100% static and safe for children. Dogs are more than welcome, but must be kept on leads at all times.

Wrap Up Warm: Because this event is held in the evening in deep woodlands, darker nights are creeping in. The venue is an uneven gravel surface, so sturdy footwear, warm layers, and a torch are absolute musts!

Respect the Venue: We kindly ask all attendees to respect the venue and our surrounding neighbours. Please use the bins provided for your litter- anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Keep it Slow: Please keep your speed down to a crawl (5mph) when entering and exiting the parking area. Look out for our helpful marshal team, who will be dressed to scare in their purple hi-vis!
